Grow Goodness With Us

The Dignity First Neighbors program connects volunteers with recently housed men and women in our local community. Volunteers establish a friendship and assist in tasks that might be challenging to each individual. Volunteers initially deliver a “welcome home” basket, filled with items that are needed to maintain a household. Then they assist with tasks such as organizing, cooking, responding to mail, navigating public transportation, or setting up appointments.
